Here's what awaits you: Expert Guidance: Jonathan brings all the expert guidance you know and love in group fitness (including the dad jokes and dance moves) and pairs it with the personalized attention of individual training sessions to maximize your growth and optimize each session. Boxing-Specific Training: Dive deep into boxing techniques, footwork, and conditioning exercises, challenging your strength, agility, and endurance. And for those who are interested, we’ll progressively work towards sparring drills.
