Slow it down to raise the heat in this low impact, full-body strength class. Expect an emphasis on slower movements to boost the burn, get your muscles shaking, and build strength, stamina, and long lean muscles. We’ll focus on proper form and lifting technique. This class is perfect for anyone looking to build strength, whether you’re a seasoned lifter or a beginner. If you're new to weight lifting, our coaches will use their expertise to help you lift safely. This includes modifying equipment, movements, and volume. If you have any questions, hesitations, or injuries, please ask your instructor, especially before trying new movements.
For your safety, if you’re 5 minutes late to class, you will not be able to join class. It’s important to arrive on time to ensure your muscles are properly warmed up. This also minimizes distractions for clients already in class. If you sign up for a class you can no longer attend, you must cancel at least 12 hours ahead of the class start time. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours ahead of class, please call the studio or email firstname.lastname@example.org. This will be considered a ‘no-show’. If you are a member “No-Show” for a class 3 times, you will be charged a fee of $15. If you have a class package and “No Show” to a class without cancelling 12 hours ahead of time, you will not be refunded for that class.
