The Workout

At MTHD by Oscar we take longevity seriously. Our highly methodical, holistic approach to training is based on functional movement. We start with the basics - push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, and rotation as we build each workout. This approach optimizes strength and stability to create more balance in the body. 

We empower our members to understand the 'why' behind each movement and combination. We make full body assessments available to every member so that you can create informed goals. 

Our innovative class types and broad range of training modalities will keep you motivated and on track to meet all of your goals.

STUDIO POLICIES

What should I wear?

Help us keep our turf area clean and free from bacteria and viruses by exchanging your street shoes for a clean pair of sneakers before you join class.

When can I book a class?

Class bookings are available 14 days in advance of class. Class booking will be available up until 30 minutes before class. If past the cutoff, please call the studio to determine if any spots are available. If you show up in person without booking, we cannot guarantee a spot will be available. 

When should I arrive?

Always arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of class and place your belongings in the locker rooms.

If it’s your first time working out with us, please arrive 10 mins prior for first class to get checked in and oriented. 

For your safety, if you’re 5 minutes late to class, you will not be able to join class. It’s important to arrive on time to ensure your muscles are properly warmed up. This also minimizes distractions for clients already in class.

What happens if I sign up for class and can't make it?

If you sign up for a class you can no longer attend, you must cancel at least 12 hours ahead of the class start time. If you need to cancel less than 6 hours ahead of class, please call the studio or email support@mthdbyoscar.com. This will be considered a ‘no-show’.

 

If you are a member “No-Show” for a class 3 times, you will be charged a fee of $15.  If you have a class package and  “No Show” to a class without cancelling 6 hours ahead of time, you will not be refunded for that class. 

GENERAL QUESTIONS

What types of classes do you offer?

We have a wide variety of class modalities and formats, ranging from high intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training, to our Warrior Yoga and Pilates Mat classes, and everything in between. No matter your preferred workout style, we've got it.

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes! We all start somewhere, and we welcome athletes at every level! If you're new, our coaches will use their expertise to help you workout safely. This includes modifying equipment, movements, and volume. If you have any questions, hesitations, or injuries, please ask your instructor, especially before trying new movements.
