We start with the MTHD X Assessment, a full body analysis to assess your strength, mobility, stability, structural compensations, and more. We'll help you understand where you're starting, and discuss your short and long term goals.
Programming Plan
We'll build your programming with you, so that you understand what types, durations, and frequencies of movements will help you get to where you want to go.
Get to Work
This is when the fun begins. We'll help you find joy in the process as you integrate the momentum you cultivate in the gym in all areas of your life.
