For your safety, if you’re 5 minutes late to class, you will not be able to join class. It’s important to arrive on time to ensure your muscles are properly warmed up. This also minimizes distractions for clients already in class. If you sign up for a class you can no longer attend, you must cancel at least 12 hours ahead of the class start time. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours ahead of class, please call the studio or email email@example.com. This will be considered a ‘no-show’. For all-access memberships, if you “No-Show” for a class 3 times, you will be charged a fee of $15. For class packages and class based memberships, if you “No Show” to a class without cancelling 12 hours ahead of time, you will not be refunded for that class.
